We are looking for a Video Editor to support a contract engagement focused on transforming existing video assets into short-form content for paid social campaigns. This role will take longer MP4 files and shape them into engaging clips designed for Meta platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for pacing, platform-specific storytelling, and efficient post-production execution within a 1–2 week project timeline.Responsibilities:• Edit existing MP4 video files into multiple short-form segments suitable for Meta advertising and social reel placements• Create engaging 10–30 second video cuts that highlight key messages and maintain viewer engagement• Adjust pacing, transitions, and visual flow to ensure each clip performs well in fast-moving digital environments• Use advanced editing tools to refine footage, enhance presentation quality, and prepare assets for delivery• Organize project files and manage edits efficiently to meet an expected start in mid-next week and completion within 1–2 weeks• Review source material and identify the strongest moments to repurpose into concise, platform-ready creative• Deliver final video outputs in formats appropriate for social media distribution and advertising use
