St. Jane Frances School is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist for a full-time position providing information and customer service to our parents and community. Responsibilities include administering basic first aid to students receiving minor injuries, calling parents if necessary, and recording injuries that may need medical attention. Ensures that students are signed out/in for absences during the day. Prepares all student/parent forms, e.g. emergency, etc. Keeps all student records current on paper and/or online. Records all family data in the computer and/or online as needed. Telephone answers and screens phone calls using proper phone protocols. Sets appointments with/for the principal (with reason for the appointment set in the calendar). Funds keeps payment records of monthly tuition & fees and gives receipts.
