We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to support a high-growth Go-To-Market organization within a leading technology company.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has a strong background recruiting Sales/GTM talent within technology or SaaS organizations.

Role: Sales Recruiter

Pay: $48/hr

Duration: 6-month contract

Schedule: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite per week

Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, New York,

Interview Process: 2 rounds, no assignment

Start: ASAP

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally 7–10 years
• Strong Sales/GTM recruiting experience
• Experience in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Experience recruiting talent directly from competitors
• Strong hiring manager and executive partnership skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while priorities shift quickly
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Agency recruiting backgrounds are highly relevant
• Strong performance history demonstrated through promotions, increased responsibility, metrics, contract extensions, or long-term team success
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred tools include Workday, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace.
