Role Description The Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Paramus, NJ, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring sales talent to support the company’s growth. This role includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and developing job postings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. The Sales Recruiter will partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience. Daily tasks involve using various recruiting channels, maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and representing Bond Street Mortgage LLC at networking events or career fairs as needed.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Sales Recruitment and Hiring, with experience attracting and selecting high-performing sales professionals.
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective interviewing techniques.
Experience recruiting in financial services, mortgage, or related industries is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
