Farha Roofing is looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Residential Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Wichita. What You'll Do

As a Residential Business Development Associate, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and helping homeowners navigate their roofing needs with confidence.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and generating new residential roofing opportunities


• Building relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance agents, property managers, and community partners


• Canvassing neighborhoods and conducting door-to-door outreach


• Networking within the community and attending local events


• Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships


• Scheduling inspections and appointments for our roofing specialists


• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey


• Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities


• Representing Farha Roofing professionally and positively in the marketplace


• Living and promoting our core values of Team First, Integrity, Professionalism, Positivity, and Safety

• Sales experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the roofing industry to the right person


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
