To support the successful delivery of organizational transformation initiatives across financial services construction projects, the full-time Change Management Manager will lead the development and execution of change management strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and user adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans across multiple workstreams Engage and influence executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful change outcomes Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop communication and engagement strategies to support project objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or program management Experience with construction project management programs, preferably in financial services client facility construction Proven experience in large-scale transformation and technology implementation initiatives Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
